For orders under £129.00, delivery charges are as follows:

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 7-10 working days from order acceptance confirmation. If for any reason we are not able to have this delivered to you within this timescale you will be notified via email.

Sampling

How many samples can I order?
You may order up to 5 samples, for free!

How accurately do your images represent the fabrics?
Due to differences in monitors/viewing devices colour variation is possible.
We strongly recommend ordering free swatches so you can see the true colour and texture of the fabric.
(Shade variation may occur due to different dye batches)

How do I measure for my curtains/blinds?
Simply follow our measuring guides How To Measure, enter your measurements and we will do all of the calculations for you.

How do I know my order has been placed?
Once you have placed your order you will receive order acknowledgement via email.
